What to expect, start to finish.
Before pickup
Wash the car so existing marks are visible, remove personal items and toll tags, and leave about a quarter tank of fuel. Note anything the driver should know.
At pickup
The driver inspects the vehicle with you and records its condition on the Bill of Lading. Check it over and keep your copy.
In transit
You have a point of contact the whole way. Reach out any time and we will tell you where your vehicle is.
At delivery
Inspect the vehicle against the pickup report before you sign. Note anything new right away. Then it is yours again.
