This policy describes how AutoPilot Logistics collects and uses your information.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, vehicle information, and pickup and delivery locations. We use these only to quote and coordinate your transport.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, dispatch a carrier, keep you updated, and follow up about your shipment. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

To move your vehicle we share the details needed for pickup and delivery with the carrier assigned to your shipment. We also use service providers such as email and hosting to run the business. We share information when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and self-hosted Umami analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site, and which links are clicked. GA4 sets cookies to distinguish visitors; Umami does not use cookies. Neither tool is used for advertising or to track you across other websites, and we do not run retargeting or ad pixels. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

How we protect it

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our email and hosting providers, who maintain their own security safeguards. We keep only what we need to run the business, and access is limited to authorized staff.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in on one of our forms, AutoPilot Logistics sends text messages about your quote and shipment (confirmations, pickup and delivery updates) and, only if you separately consent, occasional marketing messages about offers and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, and you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. For text messages, replying STOP always works; for anything else, reach out at Admin@autopilot-logistics.com.
