Who we are

These terms are between you and AutoPilot Logistics. AutoPilot Logistics is a licensed auto-transport broker. We arrange vehicle transport by dispatching vetted, insured motor carriers from our network. We do not operate as the carrier that physically moves your vehicle.

Quotes and pricing

Instant estimates on this site are ballpark ranges for planning only, not a binding quote. A firm price is confirmed once a carrier is assigned to your shipment. There is no upfront payment to book, and payment is due after pickup unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Insurance and liability

Every carrier we dispatch carries cargo insurance, which we verify before assignment. Coverage applies to the vehicle, not to personal belongings left inside it. Claims for transit damage are documented against the Bill of Lading condition report completed at pickup and delivery.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate vehicle and location details, flag a non-running or modified vehicle when you book, remove personal items and toll tags, and inspect your vehicle at delivery before signing. Noting any new damage at delivery is important for a claim.

Cancellations

You can cancel before a carrier is dispatched at no charge. Once a carrier has been assigned and scheduled, cancellation terms may apply. Reach out and we will walk you through it.

Text messaging (AutoPilot Logistics SMS program)

When you opt in on our website forms, AutoPilot Logistics sends text messages about your quote and shipment — booking confirmations, quote follow-ups, and pickup and delivery updates — and, only if you separately consent, occasional marketing messages about offers and service updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will not receive further messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
